But finding that has always meant guessing. A listicle of “best cleaners.” A cousin’s recommendation. A cheap quote from a number that might not pick up next week. You’re handing a stranger the keys to your home and hoping it works out.
I didn’t want to build another ranking of who paid the most. I wanted a place where the hard part — is this company real, insured, and any good? — is already answered before you choose. Not a contest between cleaners. A shortlist of companies that are all safe to let in.
That’s the promise of the badge. Whoever you pick from here, you’re not gambling.
How we verify a company
Five checks, every company, before it appears — then again, on a schedule.
Registration check
We confirm the company is a real, ACRA-registered Singapore business with a valid UEN — not a nameless middleman or a WhatsApp number.
Insurance check
We look for active cover — public liability and work-injury — so if something breaks or someone’s hurt in your home, you’re not the one left exposed.
Track record & reviews
We check how long they’ve actually operated and read their real Google reviews. Consistent rating, real volume — not three glowing lines from last week.
Contact & service check
A real phone, a real website, a real reply. We confirm the services they claim are services they actually run.
Ongoing monitoring
Verification isn’t a one-time stamp. We re-check periodically, and a company that lets its standards slip comes off the platform.

Verification, answered
What does “verified” actually mean here?
It means we ran the checks and published what we found — not that every company passed every one. We look for a real ACRA-registered Singapore business, published insurance cover, a genuine public review record, and working contact details. Right now 31 of 43 listed companies are confirmed registered, 40 carry a public Google rating, and 5 publish proof of insurance. Every listing shows its own result. A missing check means we could not confirm it from a source we can point at — not that the answer is no.
Do companies pay you to be verified or to rank higher?
No. Verification can’t be bought, and no company can pay to sit above another in the results. Companies can pay for a featured placement or for leads — but never to fake the badge or the ranking. That’s the whole point.
How often do you re-check a company?
Verification is ongoing, not a one-time stamp. We re-check periodically and remove any company whose standards, registration, or reviews slip below the bar.
A verified company still disappointed me. What now?
Tell us. A single bad job doesn’t always mean a company is unsafe, but patterns matter — repeated complaints get a company reviewed and, if needed, removed. Your feedback is part of how the bar stays high.
